Axion Dynamics Group Inc. ("Axion," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and disclose personal data when you visit our website (axiondynamicsgroup.com), use our software (including PowerTwin, SolarTwin, BessTwin, and WindTwin), or interact with our engineering automation services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal data when you request a demo, join a waitlist, subscribe to updates, contact support, submit workflow inquiries, register for an account, or otherwise interact with the Services. This information may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, company affiliations, professional roles, project interests, and contents of messages or engineering queries.

2. Customer Engineering Data

Axion provides workflow automation software for power infrastructure teams. When a customer uses the software to organize design-basis inputs, assumptions, QA/QC logs, drawing registers, comment-response records, deliverables, or other project data ("Customer Engineering Data"), the customer is responsible for the collection, legality, and engineering review of that data. Axion acts as a service provider or processor for Customer Engineering Data in accordance with our agreements with the customer. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Customer Engineering Data.

3. Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect technical information when you visit the website, such as IP addresses, browser types, device information, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs. We use this information to maintain security, monitor performance, and improve the Services.

4. Website Forms and Waitlists

Website forms collect your name, work email, project interests, company website, source page, and basic anti-spam fields submitted through the form. Axion uses this information to respond to inquiries, demo requests, support requests, newsletter interests, and workflow-bottleneck submissions.

Website forms are securely processed using Cloudflare Pages Functions and routed directly to Axion inboxes. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam. Information submitted through forms is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not sold to third parties.

5. Payment Processing

Axion uses Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") as a third-party payment processor to manage subscriptions, checkout, and billing portals. When you subscribe, your payment information and related billing data are collected and processed directly by Stripe subject to their Privacy Policy and Terms. Axion does not store your full credit card numbers.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

This static website package does not include third-party analytics or advertising scripts by default. If Axion later adds cookies, analytics, pixels, advertising tools, or similar technologies, the site should provide notices and controls appropriate to those tools and applicable law.

7. How We Disclose Personal Data

Axion may disclose personal data to service providers, processors, hosting and security vendors, payment processors, communications tools, support providers, professional advisors, business customers and administrators, integration providers selected by customers, legal and safety recipients, and parties involved in a corporate transaction.

8. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Axion does not sell personal data for money. Some privacy laws define sale, sharing, or targeted advertising broadly. If Axion later deploys advertising or retargeting technologies that fall within those definitions, Axion will provide applicable opt-out mechanisms.

9. Privacy Rights and Choices

Subject to your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, port, or opt out of certain processing of your personal data. 10. Retention

Axion retains personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, manage business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, support tax and accounting obligations, and satisfy customer instructions where applicable.

11. Security

Axion uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe information or an account has been compromised, contact [email protected].

12. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and Axion does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without legally required consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact [email protected].

13. International Users

Axion is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your personal data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where Axion or its providers operate. Where required, Axion relies on appropriate transfer mechanisms.

The Services may include links to third-party websites, applications, content, integrations, APIs, or platforms. Third parties may process personal data under their own policies. Customers and users are responsible for selecting and configuring integrations lawfully.
